What does Bon Koko mean?
Bon Koko means “good coconut” in St. Lucian patois. We love coconuts and several of our products contain coconut.

If you can make it to our store in Guttenberg, New Jersey, please pay us a visit. If you can’t, our products will be available on Uber Eats and Grubhub soon.
Where are your products made?
We make everything in our Guttenberg, New Jersey store and production facility.

Are your products certified organic?
Our products are made almost exclusively, or exclusively, from certified organic ingredients, but our final products are not yet certified organic. For the ingredients that we were unable to source certified organic versions of, we use non-GMO ingredients.
Do I need to let my ice cream soften after removing it from the freezer?
Yes, because we use only tiny amounts of non-G.M.O. locust bean gum (also known as carob bean - refined from the seed of the carob tree), and no fillers, after being removed from the freezer our plant-based ice cream is best when allowed to hang out at room temperature for about 7 to 10 minutes, or so, before being consumed. Our ice creams should probably be enjoyed within 4-5 days of opening for the best texture.

Are your products vegan?
Yes, everything we make contains no animal products.
Do your products contain allergens?
Our products are made in a facility that processes nuts including tree nuts and pistachios. Many of our products contain tree nuts and/or pistachios. We take extensive precautions to keep our allergens separate from our other ingredients, however, if you have a life-threatening allergy, please do not risk your health.
Our sea moss is from the ocean. We rinse it several times, but any ocean vegetables could include traces of mollusks and crustaceans.
Are your products certified gluten-free?
Some of our products are gluten-free but some do contain baked items, such as our strawberry shortbread, which are baked with wheat flour.
What are some uses for Sea Moss Gel.
Can be consumed straight from the bottle, one to two tablespoons a day. Can be added to smoothies, shakes, water, juices and teas. Suitable for cooking, for example to thicken soups, stews and curries. Sea moss gel can be used in facial masks and as a hair cleanse.
Why isn't your sea moss the consistency of apple sauce?
Because we use more sea moss and real fruit when preparing our gel than many other brands.
NATIONAL SHIPPING:
How are your ice creams and popsicles shipped?
When we begin national shipping, our ice cream and popsicles will be packaged with environmentally friendly packaging in a cardboard box with dry ice. The dry ice keeps things frozen until received.
When will my national shipping order ship?
- Frozen items - We will begin shipping our first orders approximately 3 business days after we receive the order. Items should arrive within 2 - 3 business days once shipped. Subsequent orders will be shipped approximately 2 to 3 business days after the order is received.
- Non-frozen items - We will begin shipping our first orders approximately 3 business days after we receive the order. Subsequent orders will be shipped approximately 1 to 2 days after the order is received.
- Confirmation will be emailed to you when your order has been placed. Tracking information will be emailed when your order has shipped.
How much does national shipping cost?
National shipping rates are based on your location and are calculated at checkout. Shipping options are FedEx, UPS and USPS and the rates are directly from them. We do not ship internationally.
Is there a minimum order?
Local delivery orders will be available through Uber Eats and Grubhub and will be subject to Uber Eats' and Grubhub's minimum order, if applicable.
For national shipping, $60 plus shipping. National shipping delivery product orders for less than $60 will not be processed at checkout.
Can your plant-based milks be shipped nationally?
No, plant-based milks are only available for in-store purchase and local deliveries within a certain radius of Guttenberg, NJ.
Do you deliver to PO boxes?
No, sorry, we do not.
Can I make changes to my order once it has been placed?
National shipping orders can be amended if the changes are made within 30 minutes after the initial order is placed.
Do you accept returns?
We are not able to accept returns.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes, if your order does not arrive within the provided delivery timeframe, is damaged or is not what you ordered.
Can I specify a delivery date?
Sorry, that isn’t possible. When you receive your order, please freeze it as soon as possible.
