Crispy ginger cookie bits, candied ginger pieces in a ginger infused cashew milk ice cream.  It’s gingerrific.

Ingredients: *Cashew milk (filtered water, *cashews), *Cane sugar, *Ginger snaps (*All-purpose flour, *vegan butter [*coconut oil, cultured cashew milk {filtered water, *cashews, cultures}, filtered water *sunflower oil, *sunflower lecithin, sea salt], *brown sugar,*cane sugar, *unsulphured  molasses, *flax seed, *vanilla extract, *candied ginger [*ginger, filtered water, *cane sugar], *ground *ginger, *ground cinnamon, *baking soda, *allspice, *ground cloves  & sea salt), Non-GMO Avocado oil, *Cocoa butter, Non-GMO Arrowroot flour, Non-GMO locust bean gum


After being frozen, our plant-based ice cream is best when allowed to hang out at room temperature for about 5 to 7 minutes, or so, before being consumed.
